Job description

  • Uphold the highest customer service standards;
  • Understand unique needs of customers, ensuring the ultimate in customer experience;
  • Participate in in-house training regarding sales, processes, product knowledge, merchandising and other tactical practices. Take part in unique activities and discussions such as mindfulness, meditation, stress management, imposter-syndrome, and other personal growth topics, engaging in active listening and participation
  • Help plan in-store events and promotions, bringing creativity and innovation
  • Always strive to grow and elevate the Jurisdiction brand
  • Create an exceptional enhanced shopping experience by engaging the customer with the ultimate love for style, making efforts to understand and appreciate the customer's needs;
  • In-depth knowledge of Jurisdiction products and brands
  • Maintain the physical presence of the store, including regular tidying up/ cleaning and arranging displays, to make the store as organized and tidy as possible for customers


  • Identify clothing and styling trends for consideration for the store;
  • Post on Instagram and/or Tik Tok with new looks and sales items;
  • Support in-store events and promotions;
  • Support in implementation of creative merchandising displays, always ensuring optimal order and presentation in the store;
  • Highlight our designers and brands in creative ways, educating and creating interest for our customers on social and in-store displays.

  • Loves people, loves fashion and stays on top of new trends.
  • Ability to move about the store selling to customers and retrieving merchandise from stockroom or sales floor.
  • Ability to grab, reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel and crouch in order to retrieve and replenish merchandise, sweep store, breakdown boxes and remove trash/recycling and steam clothing.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule to observe employees and customers at different times of the day, week and year.
  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders in order to retrieve and/or move merchandise.
  • Ability to operate a computer, POS system, keyboards, merchandise scanners and mouse in order to accomplish work.
  • Ability to lift and/or move merchandise weighing up to 35 lbs.
  • Experience in sales operations in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment a plus
  • Effective communicator

  • Team player who is willing to collaborate with all to provide the best customer experience
  • Must be able to work two+ weekends a month.
  • Must be able to open and close the store
