Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your order may ship in multiple packages.
Jurisdiction is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will only replace items that are not scanned as "delivered."
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store. Not all items are in store when you order them, so please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” email after placing your order.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-6:30pm weekdays and Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Because some large orders ship in multiple packages, you may not receive all tracking numbers unless you request them from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of placing the order, please call the store at 301-250-6987 and we can look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Full price items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days (must be in original condition with tags attached). All sale items are final.
